    Ari,

I have a question about the the products area. If I have only one product left, and it is sold, at what point will the store let future customers know that the product is sold out?

Also, is there a way to actually have the product removed automatically from the store if a customer buys an item? The reason I ask is that I sell artwork. Most of the pieces I sell are individual items. Once I sell an item I would like to have the item removed from the store automatically, so that someone else does not come along and try to purchase it as well.

If there is a small bit of coding I would need to do, I may be able to fix it myself with your help.

    Thanks Ari,

    Mike

Hi Mike, As soon as the customer confirms the payment by hitting the “Pay Now” button the plugin won’t let anyone else purchase that item anymore (give there was only one copy available).

The product gets removed automatically. So when the above happens the plugin will replace the “Add to Cart” button with a “Sold Out” image (Configurable from the add/edit products menu) so no one else can purchase it. The following URL has instruction on how to setup this (look towards the bottom for the page)

Hi. I’m really loving this plug-in. My products are appearing in the order that I add them. Is there anyway to re-order them so that I can group products. E.g. I have individual samples and Sample packs and I wish to put the sample packs together on the same page. You can see what I mean here: http://carproductstested.com/sample-shop/

    Thanks,
    Chris

Chris, You will need to use catogroies for this. Please read the following for more information on this: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wordpress-estore-product-categorization-431
