Everything has been set up nicely on my website with this plugin, the only question I have is after a customer purchases an item… where does all of this go? Do I need to link the plugin to a paypal account? I’m having trouble figuring that out if I do… Newbie here, sorry!

Hi, The simple shopping cart does not have this feature. The eStore does have this feature but it can only be used with “Buy Now” buttons.

Hi Jeanette, With the simple shopping cart you will need to get this information from PayPal. This feature is only available in the eStore. With the eStore you can download a file that tells you what you sold, how many you sold, the amount, and your total for the month.

What about book keeping purposes, is there a file that could be downloaded and used for that?

The easiest is to leave the “Products URL” field empty.

Is it possible to eliminate the “visit the shop” link when the shopping cart is empty without eliminating the “Your shopping cart is empty” text? I’d like to do this when the user is already on the shop page. Thanks.
