So, now the redirect works properly without error and the cart is now empty on return as well. BTW, I had a bad [ on the "thank you" page preventing the order data from filling in properly. Now, to get the links on the thank you page you need to setup PDT correctly (as of now your PDF setup is not correct). I make the purchase and PayPal process it. I then have to click the "Return to Merchant" button, it does not auto redirect to the site. After "Return to Merchant" is pressed the "You Made a Payment" PayPal page appears and then redirects after about 5-10 seconds only after popping an alert: "Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party. Are you sure you want to continue sending this information?" This has to be cleared "continue" before the forward will happen. I then land on the thank you page with no information about the purchase filled in with [wp_eStore_transaction_result:end] appearing below the thank you message on the page. Both the customer and and merchant emails are sent from eStore and PayPal, but no information is filled in on the thank you page and the shopping cart still does not clear when returned to the site. The initial product is still in the cart when customer lands on the Thank You page. Tested in Mac Safari 5.1.1 and Mac Firefox 7.0.1 both produce the same result. Can you set you site's configuration to how you were testing it? Alternatively, you can do a $0.01 live purchase and check it out (lot of the times things don't work because something on your sandbox account is not setup correctly). Doing a live $0.01 purchase can help you identify if that is happening in your case. Be sure to keep debug enabled. FWIW, I also upgraded from the simple shopping cart by disabling the plugin then installing the WP eStore if that matters. Not sure if that would cause any issues, but thought I would mention it.
