I am using the eStore plugin with the 2CO payment method at: http://www.316girls.com. When making a purchase, the shipping price shows up in "Your Shopping Cart" and the total price is correct but when I am redirected to the 2Checkout payment page, the shipping price has been dropped. Please help with this issue.

2CO doesn't seem to have enough documentation around this shipping thing. I have added the shipping variable but it doesn't seem to get added. Anyway, I have put a workaround for this. I have sent a copy to your email.
