Hi there
Whenever we "Add to Cart" or remove line item from cart, then we get a 404 Page not found.
The only thing that seems to work is "Empty cart".

Are you using any caching plugins?

This can also happen if your server is not handling the HTTP POST on the same page correctly. You can try auto redirecting to a checkout page after the product addition which might be a workaround for you.
WP eStore Settings -> Automatic redirection to checkout page
