Actual snail mail adress of customers for shipping physical products

Hi
I plan to use eStore for selling T-shirts.
And I want to be sure to know the real street adress of my customers.
Can I ask them to fill some form during the purchase action, or will it use only the adress stored in the Paypal account ?

HOWEVER, if you choose to ship to an address that is unconfirmed by PayPal, you run the risk of losing any merchant protections that PayPal may offer you.

Also, your business insurance may not cover such losses, because you didn't ship to a PayPal provided address. The logic is that the insurance company could go after PayPal for loss recovery.
