Almost half of the times when people are trying to order, they report that the add to cart buttom doesn't work. The item isn't going into the basket - nothing happens...
Any ideas why?

Do you have a caching plugin active?

Okay.. I have tried it in Firefox, IE and Chrome but could not see the issue. Please read the following post and provide more info so I can see the issue.
