Hi, I’m a bit confused as to why one of the products on this page [http://www.rvasolutions.com/product-solutions/] is displaying the Add To Cart button link but the other two are not…? Please advise.
Also, when you click on the image or any of the products, it’s not adding anything to the shopping cart but takes you to that page and just leaves you hanging. Please click on several of the products on this page [http://www.rvasolutions.com/product-solutions/] and try to get to a checkout area and see if allows you…? Please advise.
Thank you,
Robert

July 28, 2014 at 11:42 pm #64656adminKeymasterYou are using custom button images for those products. So it is showing that image as the button. Edit your product and remove the URL value from the “Button Image URL” field (if you don’t want to use that image). Also, you have a few HTML errors in the description that you created.
On your checkout page, you do not have the eStore plugin’s shopping cart shortcode. Edit that page and enter the following shortcode:
[wp_eStore_cart]
July 30, 2014 at 11:48 am #64657rad4u2MemberHi, thank you for replying back with the suggestions.
I’ve added the [wp_eStore_cart] to two of the products, then saved the page and went to it in a different browser to see how it looks. Now the top two products show the Add To Cart button but it’s also lumping the two together, whereas i need it to be separate.
Please take a look at this link here [http://www.rvasolutions.com/product-solutions/#wp_cart_anchor] and see if you can figure out why this is lumping the two Add To Cart buttons on both products instead of just the one that applies…?
Also, please click on any of the Add To Cart buttons and notice that it redirects you to a page that has NOTHING in the shopping cart. Please advise on this as I have gone back through the HTML using Microsoft Web Expression 4 and there are no HTML Errors or broken code showing up.
Please advise.
Thank you,
Robert
July 30, 2014 at 2:29 pm #64658rad4u2MemberUpdate: I’ve got the shopping cart Add To Cart button now working properly. However, I’ve added a Test Product [http://www.rvasolutions.com/product-solutions/] and added a monthly recurring subscription to it and when I went to test it out, it’s taking me to PayPal like it should but I don’t see any mention of it being a recurring subscription in the PayPal checkout area. Please advise. Thank you!
July 31, 2014 at 1:32 am #64659wpCommerceModerator@rad4u2, I don’t think you are using the correct shortcode for creating a subscription button. Please check the documentation page to learn how you can create a subscription button:
