I love WP Lightbox! I created a video tutorial site with it and am redesigning my website. While doing this, I noticed all the videos are repeating (get to the end of the video and start over). I looked in the settings and the shortcode and do not see an option to change this. How do I stop the videos from repeating? Thanks!

Hi, We really appreciate that you love our plugin :)
We don't recommend anyone to use lightbox special shortcode. We have other robust shortcodes to play MP4 video. Please try using one of them(
MP4 Video Display section) -Your Lightbox Ultimate version is pretty old. Please do the following:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
http://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).Let me know how it goes.

I used the flowplayer and it does not repeat. However, I am curious why you have the lightbox special as an option if you do not recommend it to anyone like you stated? That doesn't really make sense. I like the look of the lightbox special better, but the video keeps repeating instead of stopping - so what is the point of using it?

Lightbox special was added when we first launch the plugin. So we have many users who are already using it. Now all of a sudden if we remove it and those users get an update their shortcodes will be broken. That's why our product needs to be backward compatible.
We have already replaced most of the lightbox special shortcodes from the main shortcode reference guide. That's all we can do to prevent new users from using it.
