I've encountered a problem with the auto-upgrade feature. I have built a 60 lesson course (members receive access to a new lesson every day for 60 days), however, the auto upgrade feature only works for certain individuals. For others, they might receive the first 3-4 lessons, then several days will go by without their accounts updating to the next lesson. This despite the fact they continue to login.
Can you please advise if there is a setting I'm missing. As I've mentioned, the upgrade flow seems to work fine for certain members... which is why I'm totally stumped.
