Hi, just wondering if I can offer paypal and bank transfer as an option with simple cart? or would I need to get estore? thanks.

@mtepaa, at the moment the simple shopping cart doesn't have the bank transfer (manual checkout) option.

The bank transfer options is only offered in the WP eStore shopping cart plug-in.
