If you have two products, each with their own shipping cost, do you put zero in this option? Does paypal provide the means to add each items shipping (per unit) cost on their end?

Hmmm, maybe not the answer... I don't see how you set TWO different base shipping prices... or is that when you just don't use it?
For example, one product costs $4.99 with a shipping of $4.25, no matter how many you buy.
The other costs $14.99 with a $1.00 per ORDER handling fee and a shipping of $5.25 per item.
Any way to do that? Or should I just let PayPal handle it?

@syncbox, the simple shopping cart doesn't have complex shipping options so I think the best way to do this would be if you specify the shipping in your PayPal profile and let PayPal handle the shipping aspect.
