I was wondering if it was possible to have breadcrumb-style navigation for estore, perhaps something that would let your customer see exactly where they are in a nested bunch of products?

I'm thinking that in most ecommerce sites there's something like this anyway, as in: shoes --> men's --> boots --> hiking

I guess if you only have a few products it might not be that necessary, but if you have a few it would be a good way for customers to know exactly where they are and to better navigate to what they need.

    Any ideas?

eStore does not automatically create any products pages for you. So you essentially create all the pages and posts then interlink them. More details on this here:

So all you really need is a standard WordPress breadcrumb plugin that shows the breadcrumbs for your WordPress pages.

Thanks -- that makes sense. I guess if you did something like this as a sidebar widget and perhaps only limited to pages with products on them you would get the same functionality. I'll give it a shot and see how it goes...
