The fancy displays are pre-configured product display options that we provide with the plugin. It is not possible to come up with one design that will fit everyone's need. Depending on your need, sometimes it may be possible to tweak the look and feel of a display option by tweaking the CSS to achieve what you are after but lets face it... there will never be an ultimate product display option that we can design which will satisfy 100% of our users (everyone has different taste).
Fancy displays are a neat and compact way to display a product in your products/store page. So it is common to not have enough space to put all your product info/images/videos inside the fancy display. It is not the purpose of a fancy display to replace your sales page.
With that said, A good option is to design your product display on a WordPress post or page yourself. You should have a separate post or page (your sales page for a product) where you place the full details of this product along with all the images and videos and any other details for it. You have complete freedom in designing this page. eStore has shortcodes that lets you dynamically retrieve a specific details of a product (for example: the product name, price etc.). You can use these shortcodes on this page too (if needed). This post will explain how to use this shortcode:

When you are done creating this page, simply use the URL of this page in the "Product Page URL" field of the product and the fancy display will automatically link the product name to this page. Now when your visitors are browsing your store page if they are interested in a particular product they can click on the name and it will take them to the sales page that has the full details of the product.
For example, you can checkout our "Products" page that has a list of all the products displayed in fancy display and you can click on the product name or "more info" link to get more details for that product:
