I am a big fan of your products and recently purchased eMember based on the quality of your other products. However, with eMember I ran into my first problem with any of your products. After successfully installing and configuring eMember I encountered an odd behavior that I can't seem to work around: When Managing Content Protection for pages, setting the protection works, but for only one set of pages at a time.
To explain, on the Manage Content Protection tab of the Manage Access Levels there are 5 WordPress blog pages listed for each tab for my particular blog. Checkmarks are placed next to the pages needing protection and the Set Protection buttion is clicked. Then a different tab is selected, checkmarks placed next to the appropriate pages, then the Set Protection buttion is again clicked. However, only the pages checkmarked for the current tab are remembered. All the rest of the checkmarks are removed that were previously set.
This will happen no matter which tab is selected -- only the pages on the current tab are remembered after clicking the Set Protection button on the applicable tab. Returning to the tabs where other pages were previously checkmarked and the protection set shows no checkmarks and protection for those pages.
Testing confirms the protection is being applied, but only for one tab set of pages at a time. The capability to set the protection for any number of pages on any number of tabs is critical and I believe is how eMember is supposed to work. Hopefully you are already aware of this problem and have a solution. Please tell me if I am wrong or if you have a fix in the works.
In case it is needed, here is my software version information:
WP eMember v4.9
WordPress v2.9.1
PHP v5.2.8
Thank you
