Custom Registration Field with drop down

I have tried but failed to find a tutorial/documentation that specifically details how to set up a custom field with a drop down selector in eMember.
I assume I somehow use the EXTRA FIELD INFO box, but I cant find any info as to HOW I use that box!
Any help welcome.

The following hint and example is given in the custom field menu page itself:

For Dropdown field types, write down key=>value pairs as a comma separated list in the "extra field info" field. (i.e 1=>option1,2=>option2)

If that is not clear then here is another example. Just enter the following in the extra field info area and see how they turn up:
```
1=>America,2=>Africa,3=>Europe,4=>Asia
```
