Digital Download Does Not Work

In Digital Content Details

I have entered my correct Digital Product URL
I have checked Downloadable

Under Digital Product Delivery Settings
Random Code is: AZ#Ui$335UBSD)AminOc32j90
Duration of Download Link is: 96 hours

Nevertheless, when I place a test order (at $.00) I get an email telling me to download the file as follows:

Indiana Will Masterform - http://createlastwill.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/download.php?file=7yH1cJEOaQ26MS1TZg%3D%3D

When I click on this URL I do not get the connection (I pasted it into my browser and still didn’t get anything).

How can I fix this problem?

The price was $.01, not $.00

What do you have in the "Digital Product URL" field of this product?

Under WP eStore -> Settings, please enable the debugging, reset the debug log files and then manually generate a download link using the Admin Functions. Then go back to the debug logs and check download_manager_debug.log to see if there are any clues.

Sorry, I just realized that I didn't really follow your instructions.

I have now generated a new URL by using Admin. Where are the debug logs so I can check download_manager_debug.log?

I found a file called "estore_post_payment_debug.log. Here is what it says:
