I have dual boot on my machine, and also tried on other boxes. In Ubuntu, I just never get past the whirling paypal wheel, using either Chromium or Firefox. Just sits there. Reboot into XP Pro, use Firefox or IE, and it all goes through okay. Try it in Vista home using IE, and it doesnt work again. What gives?
Site is findingsamson.com and I only sell two digital products there.

    Please do the following first:

    1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
    2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
    http://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
    3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s). The specific update instruction for the plugin in question can be accessed from here:

What sort of hosting package do you have?

Tried buying via Android 2.1 tablet and same thing. Hangs while paypal wheel spins. Still works on XP Pro using IE.

I am mainly interested in knowing what operating system your host uses for your server. Couldn't find it from the link you gave me. Any chance you can ask them?

Can you please post a link to the page where you have your product so I can go and observe the behavior?

Okay, the hosting is on LInux Server, CentOS.
I just upgraded WP-Estore as requested. On XP Pro, it works using IE and Firefox, but not Chrome. On Unbuntu 10, it doesnt work on either Firefox or Chromium.
I have noticed that, as you get this 'Click here in 5 seconds if it doesnt connect' box from Paypal - if I do this it will briefly flash down the bottom left, Uploading (0%) then go to Waiting for http://www.paypal.com. Then this disappears, and the paypal wheel keeps spinning. Worse than that on Firefox on Ubuntu, the screen goes blank after several paypal wheel seconds. If I hit enter, it goes back to the home page.
Just go into http://www.findingsamson.com and buy something. Or http://samson-book.com/purchase-options/ Same thing. URL is samson-book.com, with findingsamson.com pointing at it.

Hey, maybe this is it!! I just tried going from the samson-book.com page on Chromium and it worked. Does your estore not work if it uses a pointer URL???

You can't use pointer URL or iframe when submitting payment data to PayPal. PayPal considers this a security threat (because you can impersonate someone that you are not) and won't let you connect. Different browsers and OS will connect differently so based on how they are submitting the information to PayPal it may or may not get through. This is why eStore is having trouble connecting to PayPal from your site.
