Hello,

Just setting up a new test site with wp eStore and PDF stamper...

I have a problem with the stamping.

I have three pdf files:

File 1 is 128 kb
File 2 is 2.6 mb
File 3 is 7.4 mb

File 1 works without any problems... it is stamped and downloads fine...

File 2 and 3 give me the error message above: Download file cannot be found. Please let us know. Thank you!

If I look in the manage stamped files section of the plugin I see a stamped file has been created for both File 1 and 2.

I am on a shared hosting server, and the memory in php.ini is set to 64 MB...

Any ideas?

1. Can you download the unstamped files for 2 & 3?

2. Can you manually stamp files 2 & 3?

3. Can You manually generate encrypted links for stamped versions of files 2 & 3?

4. If you enable debug files, do the "resolved DL file paths," in the download manager debug file, for stamped versions of files 2 & 3 correctly correspond to the locations of valid files from the PDF Stamper?

I got similar issue with my pdf. I have a error message "Download file cannot be found. Please let us know. Thank you!" and the download manager debug file wrote [04/05/2011 2:41 AM] - FAILURE : Error on file_exists('Error!') what can i do? Thanks for your help.

"Error!" is what the PDF Stamper calls a file that could not be stamped. Can you manually stamp the same file?

I got this message when i manually stamp the file

"An error occurred while trying to stamp the file!
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/essence/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/lib/fpdi/FPDI_Protection.php on line 0"

What should I do?

Try editing your php.ini file with the following entry...
# 600 seconds
max_execution_time = 600

How big is the PDF file?

It will vary, depending upon your hosting plan. The best thing to do is ask your hosting provider to increase to maximum PHP script execution time to a higher value.

I'm with host gator and PHP settings that cannot be changed

PHP has been configured to use the following settings on our shared and reseller servers:
safe mode = Off (cannot adjust)
memory_limit = 64M (MAXIMUM)
max_execution_time = 30 (MAXIMUM)
max_input_time = 60 (MAXIMUM)
post_max_size = 64M (MAXIMUM)
upload_max_filesize = 64M (MAXIMUM)
enable_dl = Off (cannot adjust)

I don't know what to do.
