Download link not in customer email

Hi

I have a downloadable PDF book. After purchase with Paypal, the page shows the link for immediate download and works fine. Unfortunately, the email to the customer does not include the link for the download.

My email includes the following:

Greetings {first_name}

Thanks for your purchase!
{product_details}

{product_specific_instructions}

If your purchase includes physical DVD's, we will be sending them to:
{shipping_info}

Is there something I am missing?

{product_link} – List of purchased products and corresponding encrypted download links for the products.

Or...

{product_link_digital_items_only} – List of purchased digital items with encrypted download links (The item is only listed if the product has a downloadable file)
