downloaded eStore and eMember no zips

Hello,I downloaded the eStore and eMember but I only see the file folders, no zip files in my documents? I used my default windows explorer to download it.

Perhaps you have "Hide File Extensions" turned on?

Ok I turned off Hide File Extensions but I still don't have a zip file only the file folder. I also tried downloading it again and still no zip.

You are downloading from Tips & Tricks and saving it to your computer, right? Are you sure it isn't showing up as a "compressed folder" which is the same thing as a ZIP file?

Yes I have downloaded and saved it from Tips & Tricks and through the link in my email. The file type is a file folder not compressed. I have the same type file folder that is shown in the install video.

I just downloaded a set of files, and it came as a ZIP file. I think that either whatever you are using to download the file is "doing something to it (unlikely)," or that you are misinterpreting the download results (most likely). For instance, if you download wp-cart-for-digital-products.zip then inside that same ZIP file will be a single folder with the wp-cart-for-digital-products name. Perhaps that is where the confusion is coming from?
