I have a question. I sell images that are stored in .zip files. A person buys some images from me, they receive an email with the encrypted link that leads them to the download of ONE zip file. Today someone purchased one on an iPad. They tell me when they click on the encrypted url that they received in their email purchase notification, it says "Download failed Safari cannot download this file".
Now, I know how to instruct them how to open a .zipfile on an iPad, but the problem is with the encrypted link...i guess.
I've tested this problem to be true. Any ideas on how I can allow this download on an iOS device?
