I am using the latest WP eMember (I also have WP eStore. When an individual selects the membership "Buy Now" button they are taken to PayPal. PayPal transact correctly and returns the user to the "Thank You" page. What does not happen is an email notification is not sent for them to complete the registration form.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you please do a a test transaction with the debug enabled and share the content of the
ipn_handle_debug.logandsubscription_handle_debug.logfiles?The following post will explain on debugging:
