Since upgrading to wordpress 3.2.1 my eMember plugin doesn't work properly. Specifically, it doesn't show the members' details any more in the admin.
If I revert back to wordpress 2.8 it works fine. What is the solution, as I don't want to have to keep wordpress 2.8?

Please try this:
Go ahead and upgrade your system to WP 3.2.1 again.
Then upload and install a fresh copy of eMember plugin by using the following instructions.
(Note: you will NOT lose an data or settings)
