I have my Sandbox Seller and Purchaser accounts in place.
I put the Sandbox Seller email in eStore.
When I purchased with the Sandbox Purchaser account, I noticed a few things.
When Testing a physical product (buy now w/ variations):
1. When the payment was completed, I had to click "Return to" from the Paypal page. I THOUGHT this would automatically redirect to my Thank You page.
The Thank You Page is an upsell to a membership. The membership is $0 for first 30 days, and $XX for 5 payments every 30 days.
When Testing the purchase of the Membership:
1. After the subscription payment was completed, it went to the home page.
2. Because I'm using a Sandbox email, I don't get any of the emails to finish the registration.
Do you think it would work if I created an email that was the same as my Sandbox email? Would I get the registration emails? Or do they just not send out when in Sandbox mode?
If that would work, would I need to delete the transaction, etc. from the initial test before conducting a second test?
When Testing with Sandbox, it does not appear to do anything with the autoresponder settings. Is the only way to test he full system to do the 1 cent thing and test with real accounts?
