I did some test transactions with live products on my site.
Payment goes through fine. I receive an e-mail with download links, as well as return to a "thank you" page that also provides download links.
The problem is, these encrypted links don't match. Sometimes, the link in the e-mail is correct, and I can download the file -- but the link on the "thank you" page doesn't work. Sometimes, it's the opposite (the "thank you" page link works, but the e-mail link doesn't).
I get this error for the non-working download link: "Download file cannot be opened. Please let us know. Thank you!"
What would cause this? How do I fix it?
