HI there, I went through the steps in the estore of adding a product.
I uploaded the product via ftp - put in the file link that was in ftp and went in to purchase the product as a test and now I have received this error message.
"The wp_eStore download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. Please contact the site administrator.
Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:
The file (on the server) containing your download couldn’t be opened."
The file I have is 90MB which is why I used ftp. Did I perhaps put it in the wrong place on ftp for it to be seen. It is meant to be a downloadable MP3.
The file has been zipped. Please advise.
