To whom whoever is listening out there. I’m only familiar with Javascript, html and css but I barely have a clue where php would be inserted in the code generated by WP eStore. The theme I am using is Responsive Mobile Version: 1.3 By CyberChimps and works on smart phones but not desktops. I hope the information below will provide enough clues so that I can correct my situation before my event is over. Any assistance or clues to pointers to where I might find the answer will be greatly appreciated.

a) What part of the product isn’t working?
The little scroll window for quantiy in the cart isn’t visible. The scroll button works. You can confirm this by clicking the up or down arrows to increase or decrease the quantity and then click the update button to change the dollar amount.
b) What are you trying to achieve? Getting the quantity to show in the quantity window.
c) What causes the error to show up? There is no error message. All looks normal
d) What version of the plugin are you using? Version 7.4.6
e) Provide a link to the exact page where the problem is seen.

f) Which product you are using (example: eStore, WP Affiliate Platform, eMember, PDF Stamper etc…)? WP eStore
g) Did you modify the plugin code? No. I’m not a coder and wouldn’t want to mess with it.
9) Theme – Responsive Mobile Version: 1.3 By CyberChimps. This theme works just fine on an Android FireFox browser but not on the Chrome or Firefox desktop browser.
10. I have only 2 items for people to purchase.
11. Checking “Do Not Show Quantity in Shopping Cart” on or off did not correct the problem.
July 14, 2017 at 2:32 am #76038adminKeymasterThe quantity input field is too small on this theme which is why you are seeing this issue. Just need a little CSS tweak to make that quantity input field bigger.
Enter the following custom CSS tweak in your site which will fix it.
.eStore_cart_item_qty {
max-width: 60px !important;
}
You can use a custom CSS plugin to inject the CSS tweak without touch any core plugin code.
Let me know how you go after that.
July 14, 2017 at 4:39 pm #76039Garry GrubeSpectatorThank you so much. I installed the plugin CSS/Js by Duo Leaf, inserted your code and saved. It worked on first attempt. That’s a first for me. I and my organization are grateful. Thank You.
