I have my estore set up and am currently testing it. I have encountered a problem when purchasing the digital downloadable items. After I add the downloads to my shopping cart and go through the check out process it is adding an $8.00 shipping and handling and fee. I have gone through my Estore settings and all downloadable products have been set up with base shipping of $0. and a tax rate of 8.25%. How can I set this up so that it does not charge any shipping?

Do you have any "Item shipping cost" specified in the "Shipping & Tax" section of that product? You can add an individual item shipping value of "0" in eStore product to make sure shipping is not added for this item.
Is the shipping getting added after you land on the PayPal payment page?
Hi there.
I am having the same issue. I have a digital download product and when you get to the paypal payment page it add £2.99 postage and package charge. The shipping and tax section of that product is blank so i have no idea where this value is coming from and why its getting added.
How do i get rid of this charge?

I have a few questions for you.
1. Do you have any shipping setup in the eStore?
2. Since this is being added when you get to PayPal I believe you may have a profile shipping setup in your PayPal account. Can you check to make sure there is no shipping set in your PayPal account?
3. What version of the eStore are you using?
4. Can you send me a link to your product?

I took your advice and checked my Paypal account and found that there was shipping charges setup. I have zero'ed it now and it seems to have fixed the issue.
