My eStore displays fine and customers can purchase with no problem.

However every now and then, more recently this has become daily, my eStore will not display.

When I visit the page is shows my header and Right sidebar but none of the contents in the middle, which is normally the standard eStore, in Wordpress this page has:
    1. A picture and heading
    2. [wp_eStore_cart_fancy1]
    3. [wp_eStore_category_products_fancy id=1 style=2]

If I restart my virtual server everything is back working normally.

Any thoughts on what might cause this?

Is there potential for worpress or server components clashing with the estore?

"If I restart my virtual server everything is back working normally."

Sounds like something that needs to be reported to your hosting provider.

The only reason it works is it is like turning off you PC and then turning it back on - the normal solution to most problems.

In order to track down the problem I was trying to establish what components of the server layer is used, so I could limit my investigation.

eStore never talks directly to your server. It uses PHP so it is likely that some PHP functionality on your virtual server is not working correctly. What version of PHP are you running?
