Hello,

Please help me to sell patterns that are either downloadable (or shipped using paypal shipping) in more than one language (French and English). Each downloadable pattern is a combination of 2 pdf files that should go through the pdf stamper. The variation control works when I use only one file to download. I have tried to put 2 urls separated by a comma (resulted in download file not found). Tried to reference the files with the product id numbers (no luck).

I have been testing everything through the paypal sandbox.

Is there a way that I can use variation control to do this? Would you be able to recommend something.

Will you please also update the plugin as suggested in the other thread and report to me what you see?

Dear Key Master,

Upgrade complete to eStore 5.9.7 and wpStamper 3.3.7 and wordpress 3.05.

Reran two ways with same result: Download file cannot be found. Please let us know. Thank you!

1- concatenated two pdf files separated by comma
2- referred to combo files with id=3

Is there another way to refer to the digital files when using variation control?

Can you please post the content that you have in your "Digital Variation" field of the product?

Hello Key Master,

Here is the content of my Digital Variation field:
Language|english::http://www.quiltmoxie.com/epatterns/e-Jet-Setter1108.pdf|en francais::http://www.quiltmoxie.com/epatterns/e-Jet-Setterfrancais.pdf,http://www.quiltmoxie.com/epatterns/e-Jet-Settercover.pdf|other::id=3

id=3 is product #3 which is a digital download of product 1,4

It is not live yet and links to paypal sandbox.

If you select English only and go through paypal everythings works wonderfully.
If you select French or Other this is where the problem occurs
If you buy French English and Other it results in the same error.

I see the issue now. The digital variation control can take only one file per variation. This is explained in the documentation here:

Also you can't place product ID in the digital variation either.

If you need to offer multiple files per variation then the best way to do that is to zip them up but the PDF stamper cannot stamp zipped file. So in your case you will need to create another product and use a separate button and use the following structure on your sales page:
```
[payment button for product 1 - This only delivers the english version]
[payment button for product 2 - This delivers the two french PDF files]
[payment button for product 3 - Whatever you had for the "other" condition]
```
This will allow the customer to purchase it using the appropriate button (no need to select any variation).
