    The Forgot Password link is not working when I have Nivo Slider for WordPress installed. I notice the following JavaScript error using Firebug. Is this an error with eMember or Nivo Slider?

    ----- ERROR MESSAGE -----

    $(".forgot_pass_link").click(function (e) {$("#wp_emember_email_mailMsg").html("").hide();$("#wp_emember_email_mailForm").show();$(".eMember_text_input").val("");}).overlay is not a function
    [Break On This Error] closeOnClick: false

    Hi,
    Try de-activating Nivo Slider and then see if eMember forgot password window pops up.
    If so, then Nivo is causing the conflict.

    Yes - the eMember Password pops up when deactivating Nivo Slider.

    So it appears that the Nivo Slider plugin is interfering with the functionality of the eMember plugin.
    Do they have support for their plugin? Perhaps you can describe the problem to them and they might be able to fix it.

    If you can't get that developer to fix the Javascript issue with that plugin then simply go to the "Pages/Forms Settings" menu of eMember and find the "Password Reset Page" field. Now, do what the help text of that field says to use an alternative method.
