Glitch going from Cart to Paypal, also cart not clearing

Hi,my webite shop is more often than not going to this Paypal page -

the message says "Sorry your order could not be completed at this time." Sometimes it works, but I'm getting reports from customers that they can't check out through Paypal, and have these issues myself when trying to test it. Also, when I re-enter my site to try to place an order a second time, my previous cart pulls up, not a cleared cart. I've checked with Paypal and with my ISP (Firefox) and they can't find anything on their end. I'm wondering if you can check it out and offer me any fixes or suggestions.

I have WP Estore version 2.8.5 running on WordPress version 2.8.6. I haven't modified the plug-in.
My hosting/server is internetconnection.net
My website shop page is http://www.jillking.com/shop/

Just had a look at your shop page and I see the following item to have a $0.00 amount?

International Shipping and Handling (Additional Charge)

Please note... PayPal will not process a transaction if the item cost is $0.00.

So, instead of putting $12 in the shipping field, simply put it in the price field and leave the shipping field 0.

or

Enter $0.01 as the price and keep $12 in the shipping.

Thank you, amin007, I changed that. :) The overall issue happens no matter what product I select, regardless of if the International Shipping is selected or not.

I just tried it for the product "Rain On Fire : Pre-order" and it goes to paypal fine. Can you please post what error you get when you try to purchase that product?

Rarely it will go through from shop to paypal checkout on my computer, but mostly It's still saying this on mine: "Sorry — your last action could not be completed

If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity.

If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again."

I've had 3 out of the last 6 sales email that they tried to checkout through paypal but couldn't...
I've only been able to go to paypal checkout page once out of all the tries this week (maybe 10 or 15)
I know this sounds wierd, it certainly does to me... any more ideas?

@RainOnFire, you seem to be loading your shop page from another page in an iFrame? Please note that PayPal do not like this for obvious security reasons (I could be pulling in Microsoft's pages pretending to be a company that I am not).
