That just adds another layer of complexity to the equation. Plus, I've seen posts here where large files are getting hung up on S3, too. I don't think its unreasonable to want and expect your plugin to function as marketed. Am I missing something? Can you access my site to resolve?

The plugin does exactly what it says and it is doing it for thousands of customers. But we also know that not everyone has a good server setup. This is why we have this information on our sales page which explains where the limitation might happen (Have you read that?):

I have read posts where they bash PayPal like no tomorrow does that suddenly make PayPal a bad payment gateway? You will always have complainers so you need to look at the broader picture. Amazon S3 is a very good solution in my opinion.
