I've had a couple situations with WP-eMember that when a member tries to log-in another member's account information is recalled. This results in the individual not being able to log into the site. It would appear that this information is cached somewhere. How can I prevent this from happening?

Which caching plugin are you using? There are methods to make the plugin work with one of the two well known caching plugins:
