Getting a little frustrated now so thought it easier to ask the question!

I have enabled the "Use MailChimp AutoResponder" checkbox and added my list name and API but when a new user signs up nothing happens i.e. they don't get added to my Mailchimp newsletter.

I have also enabled "Enable Debug" and had a look inside all of the .log files in the ipn folder of emember but nothing!

    Please help.

    Hi,
Have you checked what's in the "eMember_debug.log" file which is located in the eMember root directory?

I've found what the issue was. It's because in Mailchimp I had the "NAME" field as mandatory and it didn't like that. Is there any way of getting the field names in eMember to match those I have in Mailchimp?

    Hi,
Please see this for more info about the required fields:

Here's another post about someone who had the same issue as you and what they did to fix it - see the last entry:

Thanks for this. What I did in the end is to revert back to the natural First Name, Last Name, Email address that exist in Mailchimp as those are the same fields in eMember and therefore get duplicated across to Mailchimp. Thanks again.
