I have both wp estore and wp affiliate platform installed and activated.
My problem is how can I assign a customer who uses manual checkout to an affiliate.
Seems that there is no affiliate information collected in the Customer Data.

However, would it be possible to have the affiliate id saved in the sales data? That would certainly make it easier for us to award commissions to the affiliates. Better yet,how about creating an "Award Commission" button in the Edit Customer page.
The "Award Commission" button could be enabled for customers whose sale data contains referer id and commission not yet awarded to affiliate (check on transaction id in Wp Affiliate Platform Sales Data?).
Just a thought.

You can also check the following checkbox in the Manual Checkout settings section of eStore:
Automatically Award Affiliate CommissionThis will automatically award the commission after a sale but later if the customer doesn't follow up with the payment then you can delete the commission.
The admin notification email that you receive will also have the referrer ID (if any) associated with that transaction. More info on this here:
