    Hi,
    I want to let some users the ability to sign for a certain membership level which let them the access to certain pages in my website.
    In addition to the current regular membership level called "Friends", I added a membership level and called it VIP.
    I want to let certain users the option to sign for this group but in registration-form, the field in non-writable...
    Any idea what can I do?

    You can offer as many membership levels as you want but you need to first grasp the idea of how eMember uses one registration form to handle sign up for all of your levels:
