Hi the simple paypal shopping cart plugin works well for me, but our business has all our stock saved in an MS Access database. what is the best way to upload these stock items into the next gen pictures table. I am thinking once added into this table with the right description they should work.

You will have to load the values into the database tables used by the NextGen Gallery plugin. I don't have a full grasp of the database table structure of the NextGen Gallery. The best person to answer this question would be Alex Rabe (the developer of NextGen gallery). So try the NextGen Gallery forum over at WordPress.org:
