My encrypted product download links aren't working.

As I'm testing everything prior to launching my store I've discovered my encrypted download links aren't working. Both the emailed links and the links on the "Thank You" page after payment just send me to a default page on my site that says "sorry you're looking for something that isn't here". I can generate a link from the Admin Functions panel and the results are the same and the squeeze page links are too. I've gone over my url's over and over and over again to be sure the filepaths are correct. My post payment debug log says:

[09/24/2011 3:40 AM] - SUCCESS :Found a match for: Standard MPEG
[09/24/2011 3:40 AM] - SUCCESS :Generating download link for digital variation. Variation name to match: Standard MPEG

My download manager debug file has nothing. FYI my files are stored outside of my wordpress directory but on the same domain.

Please post the content of the digital variation field for this product so I can see there is any mistake there. What version of eStore are you using?

Here is the content of my digital variation field of my test product. Keep in mind the download links don't work for another test product I have that doesn't have a variation, it only has a single file. eStore version is v5.7.4

The latest version of eStore is 5.9.9.1 as of this morning...

The message "sorry you're looking for something that isn't here" is not coming from the eStore plugin.

I noticed, that whenever I try to visit your site, with or without a valid URL; I get some kind of maintenance plugin display. Perhaps it is intercepting the download link attempts.

My advice would be to try the following experiment... Disable whatever that plugin is, and try again.

BTW, I really like that display; what plugin is it?

The maintenance plugin is "ThemeFuse Maintenance Mode". I've had that up while I build my site. I deactivated it last night while I was testing my download links so it shouldn't be the culprit. I'll update the plugin and see what happens. It's very strange though, I've tried IE, Chrome and Firefox just to make sure it's not the browser. Maybe it's something with my hosting settings.

FIXED IT! Somehow my download validation script location got an extra /wordpress/ in it. Everything work fine now.

BTW, if you're using a custom download script location, there's a new custom_download.php file in the latest version.
