I cannot seem to get my eStore to send a product link with download purchases. The email is delivered but instead of the link, the {product_link_digital_items_only} shortcode appears. The same happens when I try the other download-related codes. My other shortlinks ARE working, however, such as {first_name}, {product_details}, etc.
I am able to manually generate a working link for these products via admin but the system does not seem to be generating them automatically for the email.
Any help would be appreciated.
