I purchased a license for the PDF stamper on July 2 2010, I have it installed in one location and it will not stamp files anymore because it says the license is invalid...

Did you move your plugin to somewhere else after you registered your site with a valid license key? PDF Stamper only allows single site license to be used from one site at a time.

Hi Ivy, Im having the same problem. I bought it last week, am only trying to use it on the same (single) web site, and it is saying the key is invalid. It started saying this after manually stamping one file.
Could you please email me the fix??

I've been trying to deactivate PDF Stamper on one domain so I can activate it on another, and I'm getting messages that the "License key deactivation failed! License key could not be deactivated." Deactivating the plugin outright doesn't seem to solve the problem either.
You haven't responded to my emails, and I'm on a nasty deadline here, so I'm going to purchase a fresh license and hope that a new key comes quickly.

It can take upto 24 hours for us to reply in some cases (worst case scenario). This is explained in our terms and conditions and all of our support guideline documents:

If you work on a time sensitive project then I would recommend that you use a different product where the person/company behind it can offer you support quicker. We simply cannot offer that kind of support and we convey this message up front to the customer before he/she makes a purchase.
