    Hi -

I am testing using the PP Sandbox. When I get to the Thank You page, there is no link showing.

Here is the code I put on the TY page:

    [wp_eStore_transaction_result:end]

Enable Transaction Result Display is checked

Thank you page is put into the Return URL

And I am arriving at the page ;-)

    Thanks!

Do you have "auto return" on in your PayPal profile? Double check this page to make sure it's not an issue with your profile settings:

Oops, I answered on that other post... Sorry!

I checked my PP settings and they match the settings here:

Now I have been looking around. I also have the Use Strict PayPal Email Address Checking checked off. Could that be interfering with the PP Sandbox?

    Thanks,

You are getting the notification emails from the plugin right? Do you have the "Enable Sandbox" checkbox checked?

    Hi -

Yes, I have the "Enable Sandbox" checkbox checked?

I had to check on the email...

The PP SandBox Buyer has gotten ONLY the automatic emails sent from PP.

The PP SandBox Buyer has received NO emails from my site

My site received PP emails - Post Payment Verification failed

Obviously I am doing something wrong! LOL

Well the issue is right in here:

"My site received PP emails - Post Payment Verification failed"

All you need to do is check what is failing (this will give you indication as to what you are doing wrong) and fix that. When a post payment verification fails it will also say why it failed in that email... what failed in your case?

Sandbox emails won't get routed as they are not real emails where emails can go from the outside workd (sandbox puts the receipt emails there as a simulation)

    The email says:

The post payment verification for a payment failed. This could happen for one of two
    reasons:

    1. The fund for the payment have not been cleared yet (no need to do anything as the
digital product will be delivered once the fund clears).
    2. Someone maybe trying to scam a purchase! (no worries... WP eStore got your back :)
    Here are some more details...

The Fund have not been cleared yet. Product will be delivered when the fund clears!

    **********************

I guess that I am confused about how PP Sandbox works. I thought that it would take me thru the process... so that I could check everything out, including the delivery process.

PayPal sandbox takes you thru the whole process so you can check everything out (I use it regularly for testing) but for some reason PayPal is marking the payments as pending in your case. Please note that the WP eStore will not give out download links unless it receives a cleared payment (indicating the fund has been deposited in your account).

All you need to do is find out why PayPal is not clearing the funds straight away (Not sure if you can change this in your profile or not). Just send a query to PayPal asking why your payments are getting marked as "Pending" and I am sure they will be able to resolve this for you. Let me know how you go.

OK... I am slowly working my way thru this. Sorry to be so thick!

    I am now seeing:

The PayPal Button labeled with my Faux Store Name

The Buyer getting a receipt email from PP

The Seller getting a Notification of Payment Received from PP

However, the buyer is NOT getting an email with a Link

AND the link is not showing up on the Thank You page

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

The easiest way to solve this problem is to run a transaction with the "Enable Debug" checkbox checked from the settings menu. The following URL should explain more on this:

    http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/how-to-test-the-wordpress-estore-to-make-sure-everything-is-working-properly-35

We need to see what the plugin is doing after the payment. So do the above mentioned step and provide me the content of the "ipn_handle_debeg.log" file and you will see how quickly this gets resolved.
