I am using WP e-store on this site: teamtravelers.com and we're selling memberships. But they aren't really memberships, just a fee for traveling as a group but they do get special things. see: teamtravelers.com/membership What I want or mapped is the following:
Full pay product $249
goes to checkout page where they can see an upsell for luggage tags
Pays via PP
receive an autoresponder via GetResponse
At this point I can have them return to a page. What we need are the following details:
name
address
phone number
contact information
Will PP supply that to the e-store or do I need to do something else? I thought they could return to a page to fill out the info we need but that's an extra step. Would be nice to have in the e-store. Or should I be using the shopping cart plug-in?
Now, the next problem is we have a 2 pay option. Evidently I need to make this a subscription, which I have but the button isn't set-up that way because we want them to go to the checkout page to see the upsell of the luggage tags. This one really puzzles me and I'm not sure how to make this work. The map is the same on the method. Make sense.
