I've read many other threads but can't seem to find the solution to this. Customer is receiving the download email, but the link when clicked displays:

    Not Found
The requested URL /wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/downloadsdownload.php was not found on this server.

As you can see there is no / before download.php, and the encrypted link looks like this:

    http://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/downloadsdownload.php?file=2BOa%2FSMGW%2FKTjaXi

I've checked the direct url of the file in my browser and it works fine, so what is going wrong here?

Have you tested the encrypted link in question, on your own browser?

What kind of file is the encrypted link for? Is the encrypted link to something that requires processing by the PDF Stamper, or is it for a regular file?

If you manually generate an encrypted link, using the Admin Functions, do you still get an error?

Also, what version of eStore are you using?

    Key Master

You seem to have modified the value of the "Download Validation Script Location" field from the settings menu. Empty that field then hit the save button and it will recalculate the correct value then hit save again. Remember you need to save twice after you empty that field.

The other option is to use the "Reset eStore settings to default" option from the admin functions menu of the plugin.

Yes! It works now. Thousand thanks Amin, you're a star. I would never have found that :)
