How do I query the member ID and code to build a Membership Registration URL for a customer who claims they did not get an email with a link to register?
Example: /membership-registration?member_id=139&code=3902b14829c7f0b83c4cc313cfaa50e8

I will add a feature so you can manually generate this link. In the mean time you can check your members menu and you should be able to pull up his/her record and manually complete the registration by entering the details from the admin dashboard.
