Hi guys -

I am using eStore with eMember...

I would LOVE a free product option, however I realize that may not work with the PayPal integration.

AT the moment, my workaround is to set a minimal price for the product and then just give my membership levels a download link.

This is working EXCEPT that the the naked Download button is soooo boring (What can I say, I am a designer and for me, it is all about the visual!)

Would is be possible to have a fancy option for the DL feature the same way we have the fancy shortcode options for purchases?

Pleeeeeeze.... Amin, Nur,and Ivy.... pleeeeze......

LOL... yeah creating a shortcode that displays the download now button with with name, thumbnail image and description (similar to the fancy display) shouldn't be too hard. I will add it in. If I forget then feel free to bump this post to remind me :)

Remember, to give a free product with another product all you have to do is create one zip file that has both the products and use that as the downloadable item.

LOL.. yeah keep bumping and you will get your wish. You will probably have to bump it one more time tomorrow and then I will do it :). Why not implement it now given it will be a quick thing? well, I am in the middle of adding "Authorize.net" payment gateway to eStore and don't want to work on other features until this one is out the door. Make sure you keep this a secret though, I don't want everyone emailing and asking... "when will it be ready?" =) LOL

Hi Tink, Us blondes often forget things on a very regular basis =). We always look forward to your ideas and suggestions. I actually sent you an email this morning asking your opinion on something I have been working on. =)
