If you are getting a "Request File Could Not be Found" error then please see the following post first and make sure none of the issues stated there are happening:

If the above post doesn't solve the problem then try the following:

Go to the "AddOn Settings" tab from the eStore's settings menu and check the "Automatically Convert to Relative URL" field.

If you are still having an issue after that then please let us know and we will take a look.

    Hi there
Encrypted downloads on my client's site have been working fine, but now are coming up with that pesky 404 error.
I looked for the "Automatically Convert to Relative URL" field in Addon Settings - but can't see anything like that. Could that be because the version is 3.4.6 (with WP 3.0)?

Actual file download link is definitely working. This is a new issue - could it have been caused by them upgrading to WP 3.0?

    Help!

    Thanks.

I think you need an update to get "Automatically Convert to Relative URL" field in Addon Settings. You can have a look on this post to see how to get update -

Please also read the instructions on this post to see what could cause the 404 error -

Thanks, will try the update - have sent through an update request. I have read that other forum post, and tried everything suggested, but nothing works. Will see how the update goes - hopefully that will solve the issue. Thanks for the speedy response!
