Hi,

I've read through all of the threads in the forum regarding this issue- so sorry for the duplicate request, but it seems many of the solutions were emailed to people and I can't get this to work.

I'm using this on a clients site. The version I have is 2.7.6.
The site is hosted on HostGator (I'm chatting with them now). The download links were fine (I've tested the url a few times). I've used the full url and the relative url- still no luck.

Here's the test page I've set up:

I've added in the .99 product to test (have already tested the other two products- no luck there either).
Please let me know what else you need..I'm desperate to get this working and LOVE this plugin!

Hi, Can you please do a test transaction with the debug turned on this will tell you if anything is failing and why. The following article will explain more about this: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forum/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do

If you need help reading the debug log please let me know.

Hi Ivy,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I downloaded the log and the transactions were all successful (they said 'SUCCESS' - there were none with 'FAILURE' at all.
I have downloaded this or can give you a copy if needed.
I'll wait and see if it's the version I'm running after getting the latest version.

Hi Ivy,

I've deactivated & installed the new version of the plugin. The transaction goes through fine, but I'm still getting 'Requested File Not Found' with the download link.
I've checked the IPN log as well. Here's what it said:

Deleted by Admin

I can give you the login to look at the cart. Please let me know- I have two sites I need to get this working on asap.

Hi All,
Just thought I'd post the solution to this- which Ivy figured out for me after logging in and looking at my url. :-)
I was using the relative url- but NOT in the plugins folder. It was a relative url just in an uploads folder.
So if you use the relative url, make sure your product is in the Download folder under the actual PLUGIN! :-)
Duh... oh well.

Hi Kim, You don't have to keep the files in the downloads directory it just makes relative URL's a little easier =). You can still use the relative URL even if your file is in the "uploads" directory of WordPress. Just remember you have to make the relative URL relative to the plugins directory. How do you browse to the uploads directory from the plugin directory? The "../" takes you up a directory. When you put "../" you move up one directory you need to do this till you get the common directory (e.g. wp-content)once you are there you can then specify the path.

For example, the following would be a proper relative URL for a file stored in the uploads directory:

../../uploads/09/06/filename.zip
