Restarting Customer ID, starting back at 1

Hi, so after a bunch of tests and other system problems, we have done a number of "purchases" the system is up to customer ID 70. I would like to restart the system at ID 1, so when people start making purchases they will start with ID 1 not 71. Is this possible?

Is it possible with out complete starting over?

The customer ID used in eSore is for eStore's internal use. This ID cannot be reset unless you delete the eStore database tables and reinstall the plugin.
